Showcase Bingo backs GeWeTe and Merkur MARS innovation

(United Kingdom).- The GeWeTe Cash Recycler Premium and Merkur MARS TITO system have won glowing praise following the recent installation completed at Hull-based AGC operator, Showcase Bingo.
Following the AGC’s reopening after lockdown restrictions were lifted in July, Showcase Managing Director, Sean Young was exploring ways in which he could improve efficiency, reduce the need and frequency of staff intervention and, in the process, ensure a safe working environment for customers and workforce alike.
His decision to invest in the products alongside the latest Wexel BingoPlus system has represented a major step forward for the business as he explained: “The Wexel BingoPlus system has been converted to TITO and all tickets can be redeemed via the GeWeTe machine, which along with our in-house membership system provides us with powerful promotional tools and offers our customers a range of options.”
He added: “Both teams from Merkur and GeWeTe were extremely efficient from processing the order to installing the kits and machine. I’ve been really impressed with how well everything has gone including the training and support that’s been provided throughout and post installation.
“The GeWeTe machine provides me with a high security cash handling system that both customers and staff can use thus reducing significantly the level of person to person contact. I now have the added option of the staff being able to dispense a promotional ticket from the GeWeTe machine and to add a Debit card to Ticket facility, which is something that I am seriously considering in the near future.”
